Celebrating Gibraltar through craft and collaboration.

Created as a limited-edition gift for clients, this self-initiated collaboration brought Kenshō together with Spirit of The Rock, a local gin distillery producing one of Gibraltar’s few locally made products.
The project centred around a bespoke edition of Spirit of The Rock’s Candytuft Gin, a product that makes use of the Candytuft flower, Gibraltar’s national plant. Our ambition was to create something meaningful, representative of Gibraltar and unique to the people receiving it.

After years of gifting clients the usual chocolates and wine, we found ourselves wanting to give something more personal and meaningful, something that could also highlight what we do as a design agency.
We set out to create something that felt less like packaging and more like a keepsake. Designed as an abstract tapestry, the artwork featured on the bottle label weaves together references to Kenshō’s story, our creative journey and the cultural texture of Gibraltar.
This turned the bottle into a highly considered client gift: a crafted object that celebrates the place we called home and creates a space for meaningful collaboration. It reflected both Kenshō and Spirit of the Rock as makers in their own right, connected by a shared respect for process, place and craft.
The bottles were produced in a limited run and gifted to clients. The reception has been extremely positive, with recipients responding warmly to the thoughtfulness of the gesture in a way that a conventional gift rarely achieves.
