Creating a central marketplace for Gibraltar’s advertising opportunities.
ADS.GI
Ads.gi is a Gibraltar-based platform that centralises advertising opportunities in one accessible place, helping businesses discover where they can place their campaigns and helping media owners bring more visibility to the spaces they own.
Created in response to a fragmented local advertising landscape, Ads.gi set out to make media buying easier to understand, access and navigate. By bringing different advertising opportunities together under one roof, the platform gives businesses a clearer way to see what is available, compare options and reach audiences across Gibraltar.
We developed Ads.gi as an in-house project after seeing first-hand how difficult it could be to understand and purchase media space in Gibraltar. Opportunities existed, but there was no central place to find them, compare them or understand how to buy them.
For businesses, this made advertising feel more complicated than it needed to be. For media owners, it meant valuable spaces were not always reaching the businesses that could benefit from them.
Ads.gi was created to close that gap, bringing Gibraltar's advertising spaces together and becoming the bridge between businesses looking to be seen and media owners looking to increase the reach and use of their spaces.
Our strategic work began internally, setting ourselves a brief for a platform that could cut through the complexity of local media buying.
The name Ads.gi was chosen to be direct, memorable and quickly understood, working both as the brand name and as the platform's URL.
From there, the question became what the brand needed to do. Ads.gi would not only sell advertising space, it needed to demonstrate the power of that space. The identity had to be loud, confident and impossible to miss, showing businesses what effective visibility could look like.
Built around the idea of "getting you noticed", the identity is designed to leverage the very thing the platform sells: visibility.
Bold and high contrast, the brand is led by a vibrant signature lime green and a maximalist typographic system that demands attention wherever it appears.
The copywriting builds on that visibility with language that is humorous, colloquial and at times a little cheeky, positioning the platform as approachable while creating small moments of surprise and delight.
