Project Manager

Kenshō is looking for an organised, proactive and highly reliable Project Manager to join our growing team.

This is a central role within the agency, responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish and ensuring that work moves smoothly between our strategy, design, web and client teams.

You’ll be the person keeping projects moving, making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day project management and delivery of Kenshō projects.

You’ll work closely with our directors, designers, strategists, web team and clients to manage timelines, priorities, communication and deliverables across multiple projects.

This role would suit someone who is exceptionally organised, comfortable managing several moving parts at once, and enjoys creating structure within a fast-moving creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of Kenshō projects from kick-off through to delivery.
  • Build, manage and maintain project timelines, milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate tasks and priorities across strategy, design, web and other internal or external teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and to the expected quality standard.
  • Act as a central coordination point between clients and the Kenshō team.
  • Organise project kick-offs, internal reviews, client presentations and delivery milestones.
  • Allocate tasks and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Manage dependencies and handovers between different stages of a project.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both the internal team and clients.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, delays and changes.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks early and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate project information, schedules and documentation.
  • Help improve Kenshō’s project management processes and workflows as the agency continues to grow.
  • Support capacity planning by helping the team understand upcoming workloads, deadlines and resource requirements.
  • Above all, take ownership of delivery and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of accountability and personal ownership.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence communicating with clients and internal creative teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A calm, solution-oriented approach when projects become challenging.
  • The ability to anticipate problems rather than simply react to them.
  • An understanding of how creative, branding, marketing or digital projects are delivered.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
  • A genuine interest in improving processes and making teams work more efficiently.

Previous experience within a creative agency, branding agency, marketing agency, digital studio or similar environment would be highly advantageous.

AI-native mindset. We strongly value candidates who are already comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and similar platforms. We see AI as part of the modern project manager’s toolkit, helping with organisation, research, documentation, communication and creating more efficient workflows.

Web Experience (Optional)

Experience with websites or digital delivery would be a bonus, but it is not a requirement for the role.

If you have experience with platforms such as Webflow, or are comfortable managing simple website builds, landing pages and digital projects, there may be opportunities to support smaller web projects where capacity allows.

However, the priority of this position will always remain project management and delivery.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re succeeding when projects across Kenshō are running smoothly and predictably, teams have clarity on what they need to deliver, clients are kept informed, potential problems are identified early, and last-minute surprises become the exception rather than the norm.

As Kenshō continues to grow, there is also potential for this role to develop into a Senior Project Manager or Head of Delivery / Operations position.
